I am out-of-network with all insurance companies.

 

Some insurance plans offer reimbursement for out-of-network services, in which case I can provide payment invoices for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. 

If you are out-of-network, I encourage you to contact your insurance provider for more information on out-of-network deductibles and reimbursement rates before you begin working with me.

Payments are due at time of service— I accept all major debit/credit cards, and you also have the option of using your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA).
