Hi! I'm Jamila
I am a therapist serving the Washington Metropolitan Area (DC, MD, VA).
I specialize in treating adults who feel held back and weighed down by trauma, helping them to resolve traumatic experiences that are often at the root of depression, anxiety and other mental health disorders.
My practice offers walking therapy in Alexandria, VA and/or telehealth sessions for residents of Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia.
